This policy is provided in writing at the start of every course so all students are fully informed before training begins.
A minimum score of 75% is required to pass the final comprehensive exam. Students must complete all required lessons and module quizzes before the final exam is unlocked.
If a student does not pass the final exam on the first attempt, they are not permitted to re-test immediately. The following remediation process applies:
Remediation is targeted to the modules where the student underperformed. Common focus areas include:
| Attempt | Condition | Outcome if Failed |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Attempt | After completing all lessons | Mandatory remediation review required |
| 2nd Attempt | After instructor-confirmed remediation | Second mandatory review + instructor consultation |
| 3rd Attempt | After instructor consultation & approval | Course may need to be repeated; instructor discretion applies |
Students who do not pass after three attempts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the instructor. Additional coaching or a course re-enrollment may be recommended.
By enrolling in this course, students confirm they have read, understand, and agree to this Exam Remediation & Re-Test Policy. This policy is also presented for acknowledgment within the training portal before coursework begins.
