• NJ State Police (NJSP): As required by law, your training results, photo, and relevant identifying information are submitted to the NJ State Police SORA portal by your instructor upon course completion.
• Payment Processor (Stripe): Payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., email services, cloud infrastructure) who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and training records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Training records may be retained for a minimum of five (5) years to satisfy state regulatory and compliance requirements.
